One thing to note: Video previews won't auto play if your phone is set to battery saving mode
Turn off battery saving mode on your mobile to see the video play automatically
How to download videos via mobile
safari browser
+1. Select ‘dashboard’ from the top right hand menu
2. Browse the video library and select ‘view’ to see the video in action
3. Select ‘download’ to save the video to your device
4. Wait for the popup to show up, select download
5. Select the circular icon at the bottom left hand corner and click on ‘downloads’
6. Click on the first file at the top of the list to open up the video you just downloaded
7. Select the box at the bottom left hand corner and scroll to find the ‘save video’ button
8. Select ‘save video’ and your video will be saved to your camera roll, ready to be edited or posted
